Recuperando poco a poco la normalidad
Hola a todos una semana más. Desde que regresé de Qatar la semana pasada, he estado trabajando todos los días con mi preparador físico. Ha sido una semana intensa, con muchas sesiones para seguir recuperando flexibilidad en mi rodilla, y también para ir cogiendo forma física, pero ahora aprovecho un descanso para sentarme y escribiros.
La verdad es que tras la carrera de Qatar, sí noté mucho cansancio; era algo normal, ya que había estado más de un mes parado, sin poder hacer trabajo cardiovascular. Así que es importante ahora ir recuperando la forma física. Además, os puedo decir que en cuanto a la flexión de mi rodilla, ya he recuperado otros 10º más respecto a cuando estuve en Qatar, y el dolor ha disminuido.
Gracias a esto, ya he podido volver a entrenar en bicicleta, por ejemplo. Estoy muy animado, porque estoy recuperando mi día a día normal. Y ya sabéis que montar en bicicleta, además de permitirme cuidar mi forma, es un deporte que me gusta mucho practicar.
En cuanto al hombro (que como recordaréis me dolía tras el incidente en Qatar con De Angelis), a los cuatro o cinco días el dolor ya fue remitiendo, así que afortunadamente puedo decir que no ha sido nada.
Centrándonos ya en la carrera de este fin de semana, voy a Japón con muchas ganas de mejorar lo de Qatar, porque el de Motegi es un circuito que me gusta mucho, es uno de mis favoritos. Además, es especial porque es la casa de Honda, y es un lugar bonito para conseguir un buen resultado. De todas formas, somos conscientes de que nos queda mucho trabajo por hacer respecto a nuestros rivales, y esto requerirá un esfuerzo extra de todo el equipo –incluido yo mismo- para poner la moto a punto para el fin de semana.
Eso sí, estoy muy animado porque creo que en Motegi voy a volver a disfrutar encima de la moto. En Qatar, la carrera tuvo una parte de sufrimiento, y un poco menos de disfrute, lógicamente. Pero en Japón espero a estar más ágil sobre la moto, más fuerte y poder volver a disfrutar haciendo lo que más me gusta: pilotar.
